The surname of Riordan is an oddly prophetic one in my life; in Old Irish; it is spelled Ó Ríoghbhardáin: Ri - meaning king, and Bhard - meaning poet; the Royal poet. In ancient times, those bearing my name would act as scholars, historians, and advisors to Regents.

So to, have I been drawn to such a noble pursuit of advisement; on set I strive to consult and collaborate with the Director, Producers, and other Department heads in order to use my expertise and experience to translate the vision of a project to the screen.

Whether it comes to forecasting a production's route to success or solving un-forseen problems as they arise; my sole purpose in my profession and in my life is to fulfill my family's name.
